Wominjeka / Kia Ora/ Greetings,
I am a General Adult Psychiatrist practicing in Victoria since 2002, with extensive experience across public, private, regional, and metropolitan settings. My expertise spans perinatal psychiatry, neurostimulation, telehealth, and workforce development, and my career reflects a hybrid role in clinical practice, leadership, academia, and advocacy.
My work has extended internationally, contributing to medical education and telehealth initiatives in Samoa, Indonesia, and India. As a dedicated father and outdoor enthusiast, I draw on my rich personal and professional journey to driving meaningful, collaborative change.
I believe in offering professional evidence based opinion and information to you, but respect the choices you make and endeavor to work on your recovery goals together with you.
I currently work out of North Park Private Hospital and The Melbourne Clinic but offer telehealth for those who can't travel for whatever reasons.
Please note that I am an academic and will have junior doctors and/or students with me and involved in provision of assessment and care. I appreciate your invaluable role in assisting with teaching/ training our future generation of doctors/ clinicians.
I also love engaging technology to assist with work, assessment and treatments, and use platforms like Skype, Zoom, Halaxy, Heidi, ZedMed, etc in my work. Please let me know (when you book an appointment) if you have any issues/ concerns.
Wishing you well.
Raju (he/him)
